Ok, we can now get to the frozen tomatoes and have them on offer this week.  Yes, frozen tomatoes.  It is like the freshness of summer in a burst.  They are great for making a fresh tomato sauce for pasta or a bruchetta topping or tossing into other dishes.  Enjoy!  Over the coming weeks we will have a variety of the roma and cherry tomatoes that we froze.
