Greens, Greens, Greens. Yes, they are SUPER plentiful right now as we transition our 2nd hoophouse to tomatoes, peppers and other heat loving summer crops.  So plan a variety of salads as well as some fun cooked greens dished!  This green explosion includes Cilantro, yes, 6 lbs of cilantro was harvested yesterday.  Great time for pesto!
