Farmstand – Week of June 2nd

It has been hot, humid and stormy.  What a way to end May! The hoophouse has been a great spot for several of the greens, but the heat is triggering some bolting so this will be one of the last week’s for spinach.  We have harvested lots from the hoop house though, as it is ready and to make space for other summer veggies in there!  This week at the farmstand you can find the following:
