At the Farmstand: Nov 14-20


Last week’s fresh custom cuts are now available frozen and speaking of frozen… the more tender field veggies (chard, salad turnips etc) will be available but not as abundant as usual, wrapping up in the next few weeks as the cold deepens.

Also some farmhouse sausage to test.  This is the first batch made on the farm in our new space – we’d love feedback on taste and texture, we did each flavor a bit different in terms of level of grind.

And our first stock is available for sale, not included in the Omnivore Share, but available for sale to all.
