Our egg shortage has been addressed. Our hens are not quite at the production we would like, but our neighbor James Parent will be supplying us with some eggs. His hens are on organic feed in the winter and fully foraging just down the road in the summer. You will now see eggs in the fridge under our label & marked with James’ Ruby’s Perfection. Enjoy!
