Welcome to fall. Though the temperatures don’t feel like
it the day length is a clear indication that the season is transitioning. There are still LOTS of tomatoes, but they won’t last so much longer. You have free choice, of course, but it is a GREAT week to rise to the challenge to eat (or process) what is plentiful in this season and that won’t last much longer.
