The pick-your-own herb garden is open with a mix of herbs and edible flowers to harvest in the volumes you need. We have a mix of items in various amounts including: thyme, lemon thyme, oregano, sage, dill, calendula, borage, marshmallow, mint…oh and plenty of comfrey. There is also some basil and cilantro, which will be harvested and in the farmstand.
And Field Stone Farm is rounding out our offerings with not only a great fresh pizza with grilled eggplant and fresh tomatoes – perfect on the grill, but also some cukes, beans and fresh garlic, also like us all managed organically!
