Join us to learn how to make simple, yet delicious gelato with our fresh goat milk.
We will walk through all of the steps to make Goat Milk Gelato, a perfect summer treat. From milk to serving.
Gelato is an Italian style of ice cream that uses whole milk and eggs instead of cream. It is delicious, yet generally lower in fat than ice cream.
Cost: $10/person. Includes hands-on instruction, recipes, and samples.
