Napa Salad with Tomatoes

We enjoyed a spectacular Napa Salad at Farmer Lunch yesterday. So simple Peel Napa cabbage leafs and wash. Chop them up. Cut a nice juicy tomato or 2. Toss with your favorite vinaigrette. Something about the juicy tomatoes and the mild flavor and crispness of the Napa Cabbage makes for a lovely salad.
