Seems late fall is officially here, shorter days, colder nights…hopefully making time for more cooking projects! Some new treats on offer this week, including a few new imports…of the close kind. Chip Natvig and Pebble Brook Farm from West Brookfield had a great squash year, making up for our sad crop so there is plentiful butternut, buttercup and delicata squash available from a grower with practices like ours. You may have enjoyed his squash already at Black Krim Tavern, the restaurant he owns with his wife Sarah, who grew up around the corner. If not check it out in downtown Randolph!
