The hoophouse is packed with lovely greens (do peek in for a spot of lush green when you are shopping) but these dark days have slowed them down a bit.  More fresh choices are coming, but it gives you a chance to enjoy the frozen and canned veggies before you are distracted by too many fresh options! Frozen Kale, Chard and Green Beans are plentiful and don’t skimp on the fresh cilantro!
