The vegetables certainly know that fall is on the way. We are seeing the transition. The summer veggies are slowing down with these shorter days and the fall veggies are bulking up! This week we have the beginning of some of those fall successions, with some broccoli and two kinds of cabbage coming in! Enjoy this overlap of the two eating seasons.
