Seems the hens were super happy about that, along with the longer days, as their egg laying is jumping back up!  No egg shortage, perfect since Bacon is finally back from the smokehouse!  Field Stone Farm baked pizza just for us this week, so there will be three kinds of fresh pizza on Thursday and thereafter in the freezer till they are gone!
