Seasonal Sides Cooking Class & Dinner – Part 1

farmhouse inn tableThe Green Mountain Girls Farm would like to help you prepare for the Holidays with a Slice of Life workshop.  On November 20 from 5-7pm learn some great recipes for incorporating local and seasonal produce into your holiday meals, or even weekly dinners!  Join Laurie McIntosh, home cook, caterer and sous-chef at Ariel’s Restaurant to find some creative salads and fun ways to use squash.  Make the dishes and then enjoy a farm fresh dinner made from the sides at the Green Mountain Girls Farmhouse Inn.  The class will start in the farmstand to gather ingredients at 923 Loop Road, Northfield.

Great class for all ages, bring your ideas, questions and get ready to learn and sample!

Price per person $25
