At the Farmstand: March 14-20

As we approach mid-march you all are doing a graet job of finishing up some of the storage veggies.  There is still plenty of carrots, turnips and onions so don’t miss the opportunity for some root veggie latkes or french onion soup, when spring really hits you may not want them anymore!

Spinach is quite plentiful, loving the sunny, longer days.  Salsas, pickles and canned tomatoes are also plentiful.
