At the Farmstand: Oct 18-24

The good news is our young hens have FINALLY started laying, bad news is it is super sparse still as are Ridge Meadows eggs, so apologies but no eggs this week.  But we can offer you all some  spinach & potatoes!  The potato haul wasn’t the biggest this year so don’t ignore the squash & other lovely root vegetables (turnips, carrots and beets).  Thanks for eating broadly from the farm’s offerings and finding new favorites.
