Farmstand: Week of March 22nd

Spinach Season has arrived!  Perhaps a bit earlier than anticipated, but this crazy heat wave has us harvesting a lot.  So now is the time for that cooked spinach as well as salads.  There will be more to come, but this will be the major season.   The heat (and mid March date) also means the butternut squash and delicious long pie pumpkins won’t last that much longer.  Great time to take some, roast them & freeze ready made squash & pumpkin.
This week at the farmstand you will find: (all should be available for drop in shopping)
